This was at the end of a hilarious e-mail about eating over the holidays. I decided only to post the motto, because being a somewhat health nut...I couldn't bear to put the not so good advice on my blog. I did love the motto at the end. It paints a hilarious picture in my head.
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"
